Once we were given a run down of what both we and our insurance had paid we learned that Norco had received (and accepted) $295.86 for the nebulizer that can be purchased online for $50 or less!!!!!! That is a 500% mark up! Idaho NEEDS a new medical supply company. And while they told us "oh you're paid up and have a zero balance." I had 5 bills in hand, 2 from last month, 3 from this. Tho I suspect they would have continued to accept as much as we'd sent them and they'd not have stopped billing until we realized something was up. After multiple calls we learned we'd magically (as of that day) finished paying for it. A few months ago we realized they should have ended by now. Over the span of a year we received as many as 3 bills a month which we continually paid. (Tho Ive found it online for as low as 38$.) Our daughters pediatrician sent us to Norco for what equates to a 50$ nebulizer. ![]() This company also price gouges its customers horribly. And the fact that no one that answers ever gives the same information. Sounds very scam like to me.īesides the fact that no matter when you call you'll wait on hold for at least 45 minutes. Well how can they call me twice and quote the medical equipment I needed if they didn't know who I was. well getting thru is a joke, and when I did they claimed they didn't have any information about me. I had to go online and get phone number myself to contact. A serious investigation needs to be done on their practices. This is not a game and people quality of life is hanging in the balance. This place is a scam, and don't care what they are doing to people really. Now they have waited till its too late for me to get anything done. Zero out of pocket.!! This company is just wanting cash. ![]() I have already spoke to both insurances twice and gotten rundown and full coverage confirmation. Well 2 weeks later a woman with no name given, now I'm being told with 2 major insurances that nothing is covered and all out of pocket. Next call should be for confirmation and delivery. ![]() Even though the RX's came from my doctor. First one spent almost an hour figuring out what was needed. Have had 2 phone calls from this company still leaving me no information to contact them. ![]()
